In the Fall of 2024 I studied abroad in Florence, Italy and took a Branding Design course with Silvia Agozzino at Santa Reparata International School of Art. In that class I met Marianna Cardoza, who I partnered with to make a poster series for the local film festival, Lo schermo dell'arte (Art on Screen). We took inspiration from the classic 3, 2, 1 countdown seen as introductions in older films. Together, we mimicked the circular form seen around these numbers in the introductions and were able to create a TV static effect featured in the main poster. As an extension, we created 3 more posters, each for a film featured in the year 2024 of the festival.
